The Susie’s Place Board of Directors is a critical link to the communities we serve and a vital part of our mission to serve kids and families.
Board members serve a two-year term with the option to renew once. This rotation ensures our board remains diverse and changing to reflect the communities we serve. But it also means we need a consistent flow of new and interested professionals ready to serve.
- The Susie’s Place Board of Directors meets bi-monthly and has an annual all-day retreat one day a year, usually in the late summer or fall.
- Board meetings are usually about 2 hours long.
- Meetings are held on a rotating basis between our Avon, Bloomington, and Terre Haute locations.
The Board is responsible for the overall financial health, stewardship, and guidance of Susie’s Place. If you’re interested in serving on our board, we’d love to hear from you!
