Cathy Stoll • Chair

Cathy Stoll serves as marketing communications and community outreach director for Indiana University Health’s Indianapolis Suburban Region, which includes IU Health West, North, Tipton and Saxony hospitals. Cathy has been part of the IU Health team for 20 years and was a member of the leadership team that opened IU Health West in Avon in December 2004.
In addition to her work with IU Health, she currently serves as chairperson of the Hendricks County Health Partnership advisory board, and previously served as chairperson of the United Way of Hendricks County advisory board—which includes board service representing Hendricks County on the larger United Way of Central Indiana board.
An Indiana University graduate, Cathy and her family are proud to call Brownsburg home. As a mom to a Brownsburg High School and Indiana Expos baseball player, you’ll often find her, and her aching back, on the bleachers at a local ball field.
Courtney Warren • Vice Chair

Courtney is Vice President of Strategy for ADP Insurance Services. She leads the overall strategy for small business insurance services, supporting business development as a part of the small business payroll portfolio of ADP. Her team also supports business intelligence, data analytics and carrier relations.
Before returning to ADP, Courtney was with Gibson Insurance as the Indianapolis Market President from 2018-2022. Prior to joining Gibson, she held a variety of roles at ADP such as Vice President of Sales for Indiana, Vice President of ADP’s national Broker Channel Program, and General Manager for ADP TotalSource. She was the board chair for Foster Success (formerly Indiana Connected by 25), has served on the development committee for School on Wheels, volunteered for CASA and Habitat for Humanity.
Drew Feutz • Treasurer
Drew Feutz, CFP®, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Founder of Migration Wealth Management, LLC, a fee-only wealth management firm that specializes in providing financial planning and investment management to people in their 30s and 40s.
Drew is originally from Eminence, IN and graduated summa cum laude from Indiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in financial planning and investments.
He is a Fellow in Class V of the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation Fellowship and a Member of Leadership Hendricks County Class of 2023 (Best Class Ever!).
He previously served as Chair of the NAPFA Genesis Committee, Treasurer of Young Professionals of Central Indiana, and as a board member of the Indiana State University Financial Planning Advisory Board. Additionally, Drew co-founded and co-hosts the Circle City Success Podcast.
Drew lives in Avon with his wife, Amanda, and their golden retriever, Gus.
Chelsea Dickerson • Secretary
Chelsea has spent her career in healthcare and is passionate about helping people live their best lives. She currently serves as the VP of Training and Development at Proactive MD. In this role, she supports the development of all employees across the national enterprise. Prior to functioning in this capacity, she has functioned clinically as a registered nurse in both hospital and corporate healthcare settings. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Chelsea has always been committed to the safety and flourishing of the children in her community. Prior to joining the board at Susie’s Place in 2023, Chelsea served the Terre Haute community through Leage of Terre Haute. This organization is dedicated to serving children through their Clothes Close and Dental Education and Extended Services.
Chelsea and her family reside in Terre Haute. They enjoy traveling (for sports and vacation), being active, spending time at the pool and serving at their local church.
Dr. Christine Bender, MD
Christine Bender is a Pediatrician at Hendricks Pediatrics, a job she has held since 1996. She attended Vanderbilt University for Undergraduate studies, Indiana University for Medical School and completed her residency at Riley Hospital for Children serving as Chief Resident her final year. She is passionate about serving children and was excited to join the board of Susie’s Place in 2019.
Christine resides in Avon with her husband and their three children. She serves on the Outpatient Committee for Hendricks Regional Health and works with the high school peer group at St. Susanna.
Christine Dolliver
Christine Dolliver is the Director of People Strategy at Dealers Wholesale, where she harnesses her background in Human Resources to drive impactful change. With a fervent dedication to cultivating thriving workplaces, Christine is driven by her core mission: to create environments that not only attract but also retain top talent. Firmly believing that no one should endure a job they despise, she champions initiatives centered around employee engagement, talent development, and retention.
Christine graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Psychological Science. She has a passion for fighting injustice and violence against children and is dedicated to helping those children heal to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Christine finds joy in her roles as a wife to Corey and a mother to Lincoln, her energetic 5-year-old. When not shaping the future of workplaces, she indulges in her hobbies of art, reading, and weightlifting. Christine’s multifaceted passions, both personally and professionally, underscore her commitment to creating fulfilling lives for herself and those around her.
Lindsey Libunao
Before joining forces with her husband in 2015; opening State Farm Agencies in the Indianapolis and Fishers areas, Lindsey served in a variety of roles directly impacting families and children.
Lindsey graduated from Indiana University with a degree in psychology. Lindsey worked alongside Susie’s Place in her role with The Department of Child Services. She went on to continue working with families in ongoing case management for several years in multiple states. Most recently, she enjoyed her Psychometrist position administering neuropsychological and psychological tests.
Lindsey has a passion for empowering women and families as well as assisting those in need. She has also volunteered and worked with Allies, an organization focused on mentoring and assisting young women have who have been victims of human trafficking.
Residing in Fishers with her husband and 3 young children. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Jean Renk
Jean Renk is the Manager for Government and Community Relations for Duke Energy. She represents the utility corporation and the Duke Energy Foundation in Hendricks, Morgan, Johnson, Shelby, and Hancock Counties.
In addition to her work with Susie’s Place, Jean serves on the Ivy Tech Indianapolis Campus Board of Trustees, Plainfield Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Indiana Region 5 Workforce Development Board, and the Plainfield Redevelopment Commission. Jean is an Indiana University graduate and lives in Plainfield with her husband and son.
Adam Smithey
Adam Smithey, PhD, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Relationship Expert with his own private practice where he serves couples and families locally, nationally, and internationally.
He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trine University, a Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy, and a Doctoral degree in Counseling, Education, and Supervision, both from Capella University. He has also earned advanced certifications as a Certified Gottman Therapist, Certified Discernment Counselor, and AAMFT Approved Supervisor, making him the only person in the state with these credentials and this expertise.
For 20+ years, he has devoted his professional life as a therapist, consultant, mentor, supervisor, educator, and speaker to helping couples and families and now has a thriving private practice where he specializes in building, maintaining, and repairing all relationships. His practice is built on his expertise in marathon counseling, where couples complete 6-15+ months of traditional therapy in as little as 2-5 days.
With what seems like some wonderful accomplishments, he is most proud of his hard-earned title of Stay-at-Home-Dad for 10 years to his three often-wonderful-sometimes-not children.
Married to his wife Kassie in 2012. Since their beginning, both he and his wife have been involved in various local non-profit efforts, mainly focusing on child sexual abuse prevention and education. Together, they have passionately supported the mission and vision of Susie’s Place since 2016.
Libby Springer
Libby Springer has spent the majority of her career in healthcare, currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications for IU Health’s South Central Region, which includes Bloomington, Martinsville, Bedford and Paoli hospitals. She has a passion for rural healthcare and developing strategies to reach the underserved populations. Libby also has experience as a small business owner, having owned and operated her own boutique for over five years.
In addition to her work at IU Health and with Susie’s Place, Libby is an adjunct instructor with Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College (and is a big Notre Dame fan), and her master’s degree from Franklin University.
Libby and her husband live in Fishers with their three boys and enjoy many weekends supporting their activities and spending family time at the lake.
