Medical Case Manager
Olivia Sarchet serves as the Medical Case Manager for Susie’s Place, primarily based at the Bloomington location. A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati, Olivia brings over a decade of experience as a Pediatric Nurse and is deeply passionate about advocating for children and families.
In 2016, following a partnership between Susie’s Place and IU Health Riley Physicians, a medical suite was established at the Bloomington center to provide on-site forensic medical exams. Olivia completed training through the International Association of Forensic Nursing and began assisting as a Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse. In 2019, she officially joined the Susie’s Place team to expand the medical program and strengthen connections between families, the community, and the multidisciplinary team.
Olivia is dedicated to the continued growth of the medical program, ensuring trauma-informed care and support for children who are alleged victims of sexual abuse.
Outside of work, Olivia cherishes quality time with her husband and two sons, finding joy in family life.
